In reaction to the massive phasing we’re undergoing as a global society, Recordat began a process of restructuring and refinement. Rather than subscribing to a world where we’re more connected to others and less to ourselves, and adding to the barrage of voices competing for your attention, we acknowledge that we have a role to play in de-amplifying this digital wave, devoting more time to connect to our physical environment, bodies and senses, and remind ourselves that technology is merely a contributing tool, the medium is the message.

“Wherever we are, what we hear is mostly noise. When we ignore it, it disturbs us. When we listen to it, we find it fascinating.” - John Cage
